WSOC-TV 9 Books for Kids Partnership
9 Books for Kids was introduced in 2017 and is part of the Channel 9 Family Focus brand. The objective of 9 Books for Kids is to provide parents, children and the community with resources to improve student learning and achievement across the Carolinas.
In partnership with Promising Pages, Channel 9 collects new and gently used children and teen books that are distributed to area children and teens through Promising Pages innovative programs without the need to check out and return the book.
We are encouraging everyone to donate gently used books to WSOC-TV book donation centers.
